A protein smoothie with 1 scoop of Jay Robb’s Vanilla Whey Protein powder, frozen pineapple, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and nonfat milk.
Alongside a slice of deli ham and some more cheese.
I discovered a delicious post-workout beverage..

I only this week discovered topping my oats/oatbran with greek yogurt , ground flax and maple sizzup- this new to me combination is probably the best thing Iv eaten so far this week…

Best meal of the week was leftover pizza!! I never eat pizza and decided that one slice wasn’t going to kill me. I added some garlic powder to a plain cheese slice, popped it in the toaster oven. SO tasty
